Beginning Again: A Women’s Yoga Retreat
April 16-19, 2026
Join sisters Julie Peacock and Sara Beck for a Spring yoga retreat in the heart of New York’s Shawangunk Mountains in Gardiner, NY. At this time of year, the maple sap is running strong and clear, buds are bursting from the trees, and vital life force wants to enliven each and every one of us for a rebirth.
As we are being animated by fresh energy and new visions, what wants to be born in and through us? How can we - like the flowers and trees - begin again in this new season of our lives? How can compassion support us as we hold the tender buds of our becoming?
With a focus on intentional, dynamic movement, contemplation, and inner listening, this three-day experience at the beautiful Groundworks Space will strengthen your ability to start again, to listen to your inner wisdom, and to take the first steps towards new growth. Daily yoga classes, meditation, guided journaling and self-inquiry, yoga nidra, and restorative breathwork will bring fresh energy and support to your body and mind. Connection with other women and the opportunity to sweat in the sauna, restore in the hot tub, take walks in nature, and eat delicious food will help you lay a beautiful foundation for the new season ahead.
